Chris Eubank Jr's fight against Anatoli Muratov has been called off at the 11th hour.
The pair were due to meet at Wembley Arena this evening, but the clash has now been postponed.
Muratov was a late replacement for Eubank's intended opponent Sven Elbir, who withdrew after he tested positive for Covid.
According to Sky Sports, Muratov is unable to fight in tonight's bout after the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBofC) raised concerns over pre-fight medicals.
"Obviously we are all disappointed that Chris Eubank Jr. can no longer compete on tonight’s card, but it is important to make the right decision in the interests of fighters’ health and safety," said BOXXER’s Ben Shalom, who is promoting the fight.
"We’re grateful to the British Board of Boxing Control for the standards they employ to protect that."
"My thoughts go out to Chris, who has had a very difficult time lately. He will come back stronger and remains a key figure in Sky Sports plans. Chris will be returning with a big fight in the next few weeks."
Adam Smith, Sky Sports Head of Boxing, added: "I feel very strongly that first and foremost, the health and safety of all fighters is paramount.
"We’re hugely disappointed for Chris Eubank Jr, who has a big role to play in our new era on Sky Sports Boxing, and he will return on one of our shows in the coming weeks."

Eubank Jr, 32, has been starved of competitive action over the last two years and this latest news will come as a bitter blow.
The Hove-born bruiser has fought just once since 2019 in a routine victory over Marcus Morrison earlier this year.
The rest of this evening's stacked card, which is live on Sky Sports, will go ahead as planned.
Elsewhere on the bill, David Avanesyan defends his European welterweight title against Liam Taylor.
Joe Pigford is aiming for a 17th career knockout against Isaac Ayree, while Richard Riakporhe takes on Krzysztof Twardowski in a cruiserweight clash.
Former HGV driver Ebonie Jones is also set to make her professional debut against Lithuania's Vaida Masiokaite.
