Conor McGregor has left his fans stunned after revealing his bulked-up frame and insisting that ‘these clowns are f***** when I get back’.
UFC icon McGregor has looked to bounce back after suffering a grizzly leg break in his trilogy fight against Dustin Poirier – and has hit the weights in rehabilitation.
Taking to social media, the former two-weight champion showed off his larger size, a post which left a number of users surprised, and in awe, of his progress.

McGregor successfully underwent surgery to fix his fractured tibia in Los Angeles, and turned to weight-lifting during his lengthy wait to the return to the octagon.
Not everyone has been left impressed, however, with one follower insisting that ‘The Notorious’ may have even piled on too many pounds to fight again.
‘This man is never fighting professionally in mixed martial arts [again],’ their tweet read. ‘Look at how big he’s gotten.
‘Boxing? Maybe down the line. But he’s not getting in a cage that big. Absolutely not.’

Some social media users are concerned about McGregor’s size, but ‘The Notorious’ is bullish
But a bullish McGregor waved away their concern with his reply, and said: ‘All I read was “look how big he has got.” My man! These clowns are f***** when I get back.’
Indeed, McGregor has also outlined the extent of his newfound explosive power as a result of his training regime – revealing his force is up by ‘over 50 per cent’.
Quizzed on the weight training, he added: ‘There are pros and cons to everything.
‘I could not move the last three months, so I brought heavy weights to me, and moved them. Repetitively. Play with the cards you are dealt.

When asked about his weight training, the Irishman revealed his ‘power is up over 50 per cent’
‘My power is up over 50 per cent.’
The initial post of McGregor showing himself enjoying the idyllic surroundings of the countryside was met by countless users sharing their views on his gains.
‘The fact that Conor is notorious for his hard hitting punches already makes his figure all the more scary,’ one fight fan wrote.
‘If he could somehow combine the old Conor’s looseness and mindset with the new Conor’s power, it would be dangerous for even Kamaru Usman. But that’s a big IF.’
Taking a more comical approach, a second person simply said: ‘My guy, what type of milk have you been drinking out there?’
It remains to be seen who, or when, McGregor will fight next in the wake of his defeat at the hands of arch rival Poirier back in July.
McGregor got the better of Poirier in 2014, but then found himself knocked out during their star-studded rematch in January.
In the third bout, the outspoken Irishman suffered the leg break with just seconds left in the first round, and he was beaten by doctor stoppage.
