Logan Paul continued the mind games ahead of his mega-fight with Floyd Mayweather on Saturday by mocking the boxer’s ‘long thumb’.
Mayweather and Paul will go head-to-head at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium this weekend in a bout worth millions of dollars.
The YouTuber previously told TMZ that he’s likely to make around $20m from the eight-round contest.
His opponent, who has a perfect 50-0 record inside the ring, believes he stands to earn more than $100m.
Just like any boxing match – exhibition or otherwise – there has been plenty of trash talk in the build-up.
Paul aimed a new pre-fight jibe at Mayweather on Thursday, showing disbelief at the length of the 44-year-old’s thumb.
Responding to a tweet containing a picture Pretty Boy’s thumb, Paul replied: “WHAT THE F***”.
The social media star might be freaked out by one of Mayweather’s digits, but he’s not worried about the threat he poses inside the ring.
Speaking on the True Geordie Podcast, he said: “That's what makes me laugh when Floyd says 'June 6 I'm gonna knock you out.'
“With all due respect, Mr. Mayweather, what the f*** do you know about knocking people out?
“It's been a decade. It's been a decade since you knocked out Victor Ortiz in whatever b* that was.”
Both fighters will have the opportunity to knock the other out on Saturday night after the Florida State Boxing Commission confirmed the ruleset for the match, which is live on Sky Sports Box Office.
Although knockouts are allowed, there will be no winner read out after the fight’s conclusion and no judges will score the contest.
