Tommy Fury is gearing up for his boxing comeback – by getting in the ring with brother Tyson.
The Gypsy King is preparing to defend his world heavyweight title against Deontay Wilder in December whilst younger brother Tommy is also eyeing a return to the ring.
The pair were filmed enjoying some light sparring as they help each other in their preparations.
Love Island star Tommy landed a gentle right hand into the midsection of the heavyweight king which saw him light-heartedly crash to the canvas.
Having downed the 6ft10 giant, Tommy jokingly celebrated with his arms raised with promoter Frank Warren writing: "@tommytntfury sends his big brother @Tyson_Fury crashing to the canvas in sparring".
Earlier in the day, Tommy Fury tweeted he would soon have news regarding his return to the ring after a frustrating 2020.
Fury made his debut in December 2018 and fought again in March 2019 before putting his boxing career briefly on hold to enter the Love Island villa.
He returned to action with a first round knockout win in December 2019 but has yet to appear in 2020 after coronavirus stalled his plans.
He wrote: “2020 did not go as I planned. With my fights cancelled due to COVID19 it’s been a very standstill few months.
“I’m so happy and excited to say that FINALLY fight news for me is coming very soon.
“Thank you for your love and patience, Keep your eyes peeled.”
The Fury brothers have previously sparred more seriously whilst Tommy was growing up.
And he revealed just what it’s like to be in the ring with the heavyweight king last year.
He told BT Sport ahead of his comeback last December: "It is always good. I can learn everything off him. But there's not that much point sparring him because I can't land a shot!
"But the experience counts at the end of the day.”
Despite making his name in reality TV, Fury insists he is fully focused on boxing.
"I have been very busy but life is good since coming out of Love Island. You only live once so I am taking every opportunity I can," he added last year.
"It is back down to business. Nothing else is on my mind except fight night and I am ready to put on a show.
"I am going to show what I can do in the ring. Love Island was great but I am a fighting man, not a reality man."
