With under three months until college football’s early signing period begins, more than 80% of the players in the ESPN 300 have already committed.

Though many programs already have the foundation of their 2021 class assembled, there is still work to be done, and that is evident with multiple changes throughout the rankings.

Oregon made a big move, breaking into the top three with a pair of defensive pickups, led by four-star safety Daymon David, a lean but rangy, aggressive and agile player. Oklahoma also climbed closer to the top 10. The Sooners, already with the nation’s top-rated dual-threat quarterback and the No. 1-ranked wide receiver, added more offensive firepower to this group, landing ESPN 300 WR Jalil Farooq.
