While Verstappen has now sealed the title with five races still remaining this season, there is plenty left to fight for further down the order. The most important battles are in the Constructor Championship, with intense battles over P2, P4 and P8 developing.
Mercedes stretched out their advantage over third-placed rivals Ferrari last time out despite both of their drivers crashing on lap one. The gap between the two teams stands at 28 points ahead of the United States Grand Prix. McLaren, meanwhile, made massive gains on Aston Martin, and Alfa Romeo’s double-points finish moved them clear of Haas in the vital battle for P8.
