Welsh rugby has completed another cross-border move, with England centre Johnny Williams agreeing to join the Scarlets from Newcastle.
The 23-year-old was diagnosed with testicular cancer last summer but completed a remarkable recovery by returning to action in January.
Despite being on Eddie Jones’ radar, Williams has made only one England appearance against the BaaBaas, an uncapped fixture, so he is eligible to play for Wales.

He will team up with his former London Irish coach Glenn Delaney at Scarlets, where he will replace Japan-bound Hadleigh Parkes.
Williams will follow Saracens youngster Nick Tompkins, who is set to move across the border after making his Wales debut this year.
The Scarlets are also expected to sign Leicester No 8 Sione Kalamafoni.
