Arsenal are ‘ready to do anything’ to sign Dusan Vlahovic this month, according to reports. Vlahovic remains a top target for Arsenal but time is running out to get a deal done in the January transfer window. The Serbia international is the top scorer in Serie A this season and has attracted interest from a host of clubs across Europe.
Arsenal are going to be in need of at least one new striker soon.
Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are out of contract at the end of the season.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s time at the Emirates is also coming to an end and he could even depart the club in this window.
So technical director Edu is doing all he can to secure Vlahovic.

Italian outlet TuttoMercatoWeb says Arsenal are prepared to do anything to get a deal for Vlahovic over the line.
Fiorentina are willing to sell the player this month, with his value set to decrease in the summer as his contract expires in 2023.
Arsenal are claimed to have offered around £58.5million (€70m) to Fiorentina.
The Serie A side are willing to accept that offer but the player is standing firm in his stance that he will not leave until the summer.

Arsenal are willing to pay Vlahovic £8.3million (€10m) a year, which TuttoMercatoWeb claims is a huge increase on his current salary which is less than a tenth of what the Gunners are offering.
Arsenal are seemingly desperate to get Vlahovic to help their push towards the Premier League top four.
The Gunners have not qualified for the Champions League since 2016 after over 20 consecutive years of doing so.
They clearly think Vlahovic would give them a huge helping hand in ending that barren run.
The 21-year-old scored 33 Serie A goals in 2021 to equal Cristiano Ronaldo’s all-time record for most goals in a calendar year in the Italian top flight.
Vlahovic has 17 goals in 21 league appearances so far this season.
Emile Smith Rowe is Arsenal’s leading goalscorer in the Premier League with eight goals to his name.
Lacazette has scored just three goals in 15 appearances.
Aubameyang scored four times before he was ousted from the team by Arteta, whereas Nketiah is yet to score in the Premier League this season.
So it is clear to see why Arsenal are determined to get a deal done for Vlahovic as soon as possible.
