White, who has been a key player for Premier League leaders Arsenal this season, left Qatar to return home on November 30.
The former Brighton defender did not feature in England’s opening two group matches and missed their win over Wales through illness.
White, 25, joined some of his Arsenal team-mates in Dubai at the weekend as Mikel Arteta’s side enjoy a warm weather training camp ahead of the return of the Premier League later this month.
He returned to training yesterday ahead of the upcoming friendly against AC Milan and has now taken to social media for the first time since leaving the World Cup, posting three pictures of himself training alongside the caption: ‘We back baby.’
The FA requested privacy for White after he left Qatar, while Arsenal said on social media: ‘We’re all with you, Ben.’

It has since been reported by some outlets that White was unhappy in the England camp and had fallen out with Gareth Southgate’s assistant Steve Holland.
Southgate was asked about the speculation prior to England’s quarter-final defeat to France and said: ‘What I’ve been shown was alleged and there was another word that was used [in the article].
‘I think by commenting on the story I could be giving it any form of credibility, really.
‘We explained why Ben left the camp and I think it’s important that that is respected, really.’
Arsenal also face Serie A giants Juventus in Dubai before returning to London and resuming their Premier League campaign on Boxing Day against West Ham.
