Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will be forced into at least one change for the visit of Leeds United today. Thomas Partey’s hamstring injury means the summer signing is once again set for a spell on the sidelines. The Gunners are in need of a win and Express Sport has picked the XI we expect Arteta to go with.
Goalkeeper – Leno
Bernd Leno should come straight back into the starting XI following his suspension.
Mat Ryan performed admirably in the German’s absence against Aston Villa last week.
The Australian proved he is a more than capable backup for Arteta if need be.
However, Leno has been one of Arsenal’s top players in recent seasons and will be between the sticks today.

Defence – Bellerin, Holding, Luiz, Cedric
The full-back positions almost pick themselves again this weekend.
With Kieran Tierney still out with a knee injury, Hector Bellerin and Cedric Soares are the only options on the right and left of defence.
There is more debate over the central defenders, and more specifically who will partner Rob Holding.
Arteta is likely to go with David Luiz, though Gabriel and Pablo Mari are both vying for that spot as well.

Midfield – Ceballos, Xhaka; Odegaard
Dani Ceballos has not featured for Arsenal since the 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace a month ago today.
However, the Spaniard could come into the side in place of the absent Partey, to give a slightly more attacking option than Mohamed Elneny.
Granit Xhaka will be his partner in midfield, with Martin Odegaard set for a first start for the club in the No 10 position.
Emile Smith Rowe is in need of a rest and Odegaard could provide the spark to get Arsenal playing back to the form they showed at the turn of the year.
Attack – Saka, Lacazette, Pepe
Bukayo Saka didn’t have his best game at Aston Villa last week but is still one of the first names on the team sheet.
He will likely start on the right, with Nicolas Pepe on the opposite flank.
That is unless Arteta sees fit to bring Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang into the starting XI, despite his underwhelming substitute performance at Villa Park.
Alexandre Lacazette will lead the line for the hosts.
Arsenal expected XI vs Leeds in full: Leno; Bellerin, Holding, Luiz, Cedric; Ceballos, Xhaka; Saka, Odegaard, Pepe; Lacazette.
