Mikel Arteta is set to splash the cash this summer in the hope of returing Arsenal back to European football.
The Gunners finished eigth in the Premier League last season, missing out on European football for the first time since 1996.
To rectify this Arteta is set to be given a warchest this summer and has already identifed Ben White and Yves Bissouma as the first two names he'd like to bring to the Emirates this summer.
There's also a twist in the Emile Smith-Rowe saga with the youngster now ready to sign a new deal instead of seeking a move elsewhere.
Here's the latest from Daily Star Sport on Arsenal's affairs in the transfer window…

Brighton value Bissouma at £30 million which wouldn't be a huge dent in Arteta's warchest at all with the Spaniard having a reported £250 million to spend this summer.
Smith Rowe's U-turn
Emile Smith Rowe had looked set for a multi-million pound move to Premier League rivals Aston Villa and joining former Arsenal target Emi Buendia in Birmingham next season.
The Villains have already seen two bids rejected for the Gunners youngster but were keen test the waters with a higher bid in the coming weeks.
However, that move now looks to be off with a 'verbal agreement' now agreed between Smith Rowe and Arsenal over a new contract.
