Dominic Calvert-Lewin has sent fans into meltdown after posting a picture of himself in a typically risk-taking outfit.

The Everton star striker scored an impressive 16 goals in 33 Premier League appearances last season but is becoming equally known for his bold fashion choices off the field.

Calvert-Lewin, who sported his long locks in a top knot while on England duty for the recent Euro 2020, let his hair down in a frizzy old-school style mop for the photo.

The athletic forward was open-chest as he wore a white double-breasted blazer with white trousers alongside a pair of stunning black Gucci loafers.

And the England man didn’t stop there, pushing the boundaries of men’s fashion with a Chanel handbag and huge circular sunglasses which received mixed reviews in his Instagram comments section.

One harsh user wrote: “Surely he’s on the wind-up dressing like this.”

But others showed their admiration for the daring outfit, with one fan commenting: “Love how you’re rocking the handbags.”

Another said: “Most stylish footballer I think.”

Some, however, were more focused on what the 24-year-old will do on the pitch for the Toffees next season.

An Everton supporter said: “Wear what you want Dom just score the goals.” Straight to the point.

Everton finished 10th last season under Carlo Ancelotti as results tailed off in the middle of the season despite a great run to start off the campaign.

This season they will be led by experienced former Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez as they hope to reclaim a European football spot for the first time since 2015.
