Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal are set to enter the FA Cup at the third round stage along with their Premier League rivals. Manchester City are the current champions after Pep Guardiola’s side defeated the Red Devils in last season’s final. Liverpool have pedigree in the competition under Jurgen Klopp after winning the competition in 2022, while Tottenham will be hungry to get their hands on the trophy for the first time since 1991. When is the FA Cup third round draw?
The FA Cup third round draw is set to take place live on ITV and ITVX following Wrexham’s second round clash with Yeovil Town. The Welsh club, who are owned by Hollywood actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, have been selected to play in front of the TV cameras after seeing off Mansfield in the first round last month. The encounter is set to get underway at 3.45pm.
Wrexham’s clash is one of three FA Cup encounters being screened live this weekend. Non-league Eastleigh will host League One strugglers Reading at 1.30pm on Sunday on ITV1 and ITVX, with ITV4 screening the final FA Cup clash of the weekend on Monday night as eighth-tier outfit Ramsgate travel to League Two side AFC Wimbledon at 7.45pm.
The draw will take place from around 1pm.
How to watch
Th draw will be broadcast on ITV 1, while ITVX is available to watch live on the ITV website and some connected televisions. Viewers can also watch via the app on their mobile phones or tablets.

How many FA Cup rounds are there?
The FA Cup began with the extra preliminary round in August, with six qualifying rounds involving non-league teams taking place. League One and League Two clubs joined the competition in the first round proper, with Premier League and Championship clubs entering in the third round.
There is then a fourth and fifth round ahead of the quarter-finals, meaning Premier League clubs would need to win six matches to lift the trophy.

Fans of the big six will be looking out for their team when the third round draw is made. Arsenal are the most successful club in FA Cup history after winning the competition 14 times.
