Manchester United fans have torn into Marcus Rashford and Harry Maguire after reports emerged of a dressing room divide.
The England pair have faced criticism for their performances this season, so they were already unfavoured by some fans.
Then SportBild journalist Christian Falk claimed on Wednesday that the defender and forward, along with their fellow compatriots, are frustrated with Cristiano Ronaldo.
Rashford took to social media to respond, writing: "Are we just making it up as we go along now then? Please stop looking for divides."
However, yet another report of dressing room cliques this season has sent supporters into overdrive.
Many leapt to the defence of Ronaldo, with one tweeting: "Pogba, Sancho and Bruno (the real stars) like his leadership. Rashford and Maguire really are our worst players."
"Rashford and Maguire need to leave my club ASAP," declared a frustrated fan.
Another claimed: "Among those English dross at Man Utd, only Sancho deserves to be playing. The likes of Rashford and Maguire needs to be binned ASAP."
And a further furious Red Devil added: "Rashford and Maguire. Ronaldo boots is bigger than your careers so f*** off. And f*** all the English players in this team."

Rashford, who has previously shown huge admiration for Ronaldo, and Maguire have been lambasted for their efforts on the pitch recently.
They were both highlighted as poor performers in the 1-1 draw with Southampton last weekend.
Rashford failed to track back for a counter-attack, prompting Paul Pogba to ask him to defend.
And Maguire had yet another defensive nightmare after being at fault for Burnley's goal in the previous 1-1 draw.
He was ran ragged by the Saints frontline, at one point being turned inside out and then later avoiding a penalty after stamping on Armando Broja.
Ralf Rangnick decided to drop Rashford for their midweek clash against Brighton, while Maguire kept his place in the side with Raphael Varane out injured.
