Gary Neville’s former £3m home with golf course and suite for David Beckham

A stunning mansion that was once shared by Manchester United legends Gary Neville and David Beckham has been valued at £3million after being placed on the market.

The luxurious 35-acre grounds include a tennis court, infinity pool and five-hole golf course – and was regularly used by Beckham while his wife Vitoria was away during his time at United.

Former England defender Neville had a barn converted into the luxurious mansion was back in 1999, the same year he and Beckham won the treble with United.

In another nod to his time playing for club and country, there are two lions carved into the wooden staircase, with both United and England crests.

The 9,000 square foot property is packed with smart features, including an intercom that runs in each of the rooms.

As well as an entertainment space, there is a £60,000 bar that has disco strobe lighting and a large projector screen for watching movies.

The four bedrooms all include en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, with the Master also boasting a special steam room.

Neville spoke about his time living with Beckham back in 2014, telling the Guardian: “I roomed with David Beckham and when I had my house in Bolton, David would stay when Victoria was away.

“He'd make food for me all the time. Stir-fries with noodles and vegetables and pasta dishes with sauces – a lot of pasta.”

The former right-back moved out of the house in 2003, but still owns some land close by.

Neville added of his time rooming with Beckham during the early stages of their careers: “He is the cleanest person.
