Tottenham are hoping that Manchester United and Manchester City will get into a bidding war over Harry Kane, according to reports, and the player too is waiting to see if the two clubs will go head-to-head for him. Neither club are willing to pay the £160million valuation that Spurs are likely to accept, but a bidding war may drive the price up.
