First on the pitch, then in the boardroom, and now it seems Manchester United’s famous Class of 92 are making their mark in property.
Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville, Phil Neville, Nicky Butt and Paul Scholes all shone on the pitch before helping Salford City climb the leagues as owners, alongside David Beckham.
And now the quintet have all got houses for sale with the properties believed to be worth a total of almost £25m.
Scholes was the latest to put his house up for sale with his Oldham property set to cost £3.85m.
And he and his former team-mates will be hoping to make a few million from their properties, all in and around the Manchester area.
Paul Scholes’ mansion
Manchester United and England hero Scholes has put his mansion, which includes a football pitch and putting green, up for sale.
The property also boasts seven bedrooms, a state-of-the-art gym, spa and cinema and will set the owner back a huge £3.85m.
Scholes hung up his boots in 2013 and is regularly seen in the BT Sport studios as a pundit.
He has put his house up for sale with the gym featuring a BATAK machine, which is used by top athletes to develop lightning-fast reactions.
There are also play areas to keep little ones entertained alongside six bathrooms and reception rooms across three floors.

It’s been available for around 18 months with the house currently home to Giggs’ ex-partner.

There are five double bedrooms, each with en-suites, with the private gated area surrounded by woodland and Worsley Golf Course.

It’s now been reduced to £5.5m, but you certainly get your money worth with six bedrooms, a gym, cinema, and bar.
The location is Broadway in Hale, which is the most expensive street outside the south east, with an average house price just below £3m.

Gary Neville’s land
United legend and Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville dreamt up a bunker home, looking like Teletubbies land, ten years ago.
It cost him £8m but has sat empty since getting the green light from Bolton Council to go ahead with his project in 2012.
The land is located in Harwood, near Bury, and is advertised as 'a substantial development opportunity to create a distinct family home,’ nestling in a sought-after rural setting enjoying privacy and seclusion.
