Juventus have contacted Mauricio Pochettino to ask if he would replace Maurizio Sarri as manager after the clubs Champions League exit.
After crashing out in the Round of 16 to Ligue 1 side Lyon on away goals, reports from SportItalia, as reported by Football Italia, suggest the Serie A side are on the hunt for a new manager in light of their European woes.
Pochettino is not only reportedly the favourite to take over from Sarri, but contact as already been made between the club and former Tottenham boss.

Sarri’s first season has not been seen as a roaring success at the Allianz Stadium, despite leading the Old Lady to their ninth consecutive Serie A title.
Their title triumph came by just a one-point margin – an unconvincing feat after years of more dominant league wins.
In the domestic cups, Sarri has endured frustrating campaigns with defeats in the Italian Supercup to Lazio and the Coppa Italia final to Napoli.
After being knockout out by Lyon, who finished seventh in Ligue 1 this season, Sarri’s future at the club looks bleak.

Club president Andrea Agnelli’s first choice to replace the former Chelsea manager would be Zinedine Zidane, however the Frenchman has only just got back into the swing of his second stint as boss at Real Madrid.
Sky Sport Italia and La Gazzetta dello Sport have suggested that Juventus could approach Napoli manager Simone Inzaghi, but after qualifying for the Champions League it is unlikely he will leave his current post.
Pochettino is without a club, after his Tottenham career came to an end in November 2019.
The Argentine has always said it would be a ‘dream’ for him to manage Juventus, as his family have connections in the Turin area.
