Jurgen Klopp's revealing chat with Fabinho in the tunnel exposes why Liverpool there are so many problems at the club.
The 2-0 result over RB Leipzig was a return to winning ways, a first victory for the Reds since 28 February.
And it was a first 'home' win in seven – though this was played out at the Puskas Arena in Hungary, not Anfield.
Their domestic woes in front of the Kop have been unprecedented – losing six in a row for the first time in their history.
But after goals from Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah sent them safely into the quarter-finals of the Champions League, this could be the turning point Klopp has needed.
And as happy he will be to see his two main strikers scoring again, the return of Fabinho to midfield was a welcome one.
The Brazilian has been forced to play in defence due to the injury crisis at the club.
Fabinho has performed admirably in the backline but his impact in midfield has been sorely missed, something that the former Monaco man alluded to in a chat with Klopp.
The German manager revealed all after the result in his post-match press conference after returning Fabinho to the middle of the park as Nat Phillips and Ozan Kabak played in defence.
He said: "I told him on the way downstairs you like the position six more then? He said yeah. You couldn't show it more clear!
