Liverpool have no plans to loan out Harry Wilson again next season and will only consider a permanent exit, according to reports.
The Wales international signed a new deal at Anfield last summer before being loaned to Bournemouth for the season.
While his stint on the south coast wasn’t a disaster, he only made 20 starts and has been unable to improve his chances for playing regularly under Jurgen Klopp.
He did impress at times when given the chance, netting seven goals in the Premier League for the Cherries, but is unlikely to oust out the likes of Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah.
But, according to Sky Sports , unless he is sold then he will be involved in the Reds’ squad for the start of the new campaign.
A number of Premier League clubs have been linked with Wilson, including Aston Villa and Wolves, but they still need to strengthen in other areas first.
Wilson has also spent time on loan at Crewe, Hull and Derby, where he was part of Frank Lampard 's squad that almost won promotion from the Championship.
At 23, the midfielder still has time to make the grade at Anfield but would need a breakout campaign pretty soon.
Klopp’s men will be looking to carry on where they left off last season as they bid to retain the Premier League title.
But with the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Arsenal all likely to be stronger, doing so would be some feat.
Liverpool face Arsenal in the Community Shield on Saturday, before starting off in the Premier League against newly promoted Leeds on September 12.

The Reds have not been that busy in the transfer market this window, with only Greek left-back Konstantinos Tsimikas arriving so far.
He will be hoping to challenge first choice Andy Robertson for a starting berth at Anfield.
The main thing for Klopp is that he has so far managed to keep hold of all his top assets this summer.
