Love Island contestant Lucinda Strafford has opened up on her re-kindled relationship with Brighton footballer Aaron Connolly.
The Premier League star, who has 49 senior appearances for the Seagulls, and Lucinda had dated in the past.
But they broke things off in March, with Lucinda heading into the Love Island villa over the summer.
However, the model has revealed that she patched things up with the Republic of Ireland forward in recent weeks after he watched her on the ITV2 show.
She told Heatworld: "My ex is on the scene and we're just seeing where things go. It's really, really early stages. I mean, I'm at my mum's house and everything.
"We broke up in March and I can't remember how long after I left love Island, he dropped me a message and I ignored it. But yeah, we've just met up a couple of times it's still really early stages."
Explaining why she thinks Connolly tried to get her back, Lucinda added: "You know what, I think he [Aaron Connolly] really missed me and thought, 'oh my god, what have I done?'"
