Manchester United have not given Victor Lindelof permission to link up with his Sweden team-mates ahead of their friendly clash with Denmark on Wednesday. UK quarantine restrictions imposed on travel to and from Denmark could cause issues for the defender so he will not play a part in that match.
United will allow Lindelof to travel to Stockholm to link up with his country following their trip to Denmark, according to ESPN.
The 26-year-old could then feature in the Nations League ties against Croatia and France, if passed fit.
The centre-back has been struggling with back problems but made his return to the starting XI which beat Everton 3-1n on Saturday.
