Man Utd, Liverpool and Man City’s next 10 fixtures compared in PL title race

In what has been a crazy season in the Premier League so far, Manchester City now have the advantage after finally getting a run of results together.

City chalked up their 12th-successive victory in all competitions on Saturday – a new club best – as they overcame bottom side Sheffield United 1-0 to extend their advantage at the top of the Premier League.

After an indifferent start to the campaign, Guardiola's defensively rock-solid side are starting to look more like the powerful force that secured back-to-back titles in 2018 and 2019.

Indeed, City are now three points clear of nearest rivals Manchester United and have a game in hand too.

For struggling United, they were cast adrift of the table-toppers following their stalemate with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday night.

It capped a disappointing week for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side after they were beaten 2-1 by Sheffield United at Old Trafford on Wednesday.

Solskjaer will be hoping his side can revive their challenge, but they'll face stiff competition from a Liverpool team who have finally got their title defence back on track.

The Reds have stuttered amid a defensive injury crisis this campaign but impressive wins over Tottenham and West Ham have got their supporters licking their lips at the prospect of another enthralling tussle at the top.
