Man Utd transfer round-up: Jack Grealish swap deal, Douglas Costa deal off

As the Jadon Sancho transfer saga drags on, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer continues to consider how best to tweak his squad for the new campaign.

The success of the Bruno Fernandes signing in the last transfer window proves the difference just
one addition can make as the Portuguese star fired them through to the latter stages of the Europa League.

Here are the latest rumours around who might be heading in to – and out of – Old Trafford this
summer.

Dalot on way out

Manchester United are ready to sell Diogo Dalot this summer.

He could be on his way to Tottenham Hotspur, and link up again with Jose Mourinho – the man who brought him to Old Trafford in the first place, signing him from Porto for £19million two years ago.

Portuguese publication O Jogo says the right back has been displaced by the arrival of Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace – and Solskajer prefers Timothy Fosu-Mensah as a back-up option.

Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti will also have his eye on Dalot, as he thinks he could be perfect to slot into his system at Goodison Park.

Grealish and Romero linked to swap deal

Manchester United are still keen on signing Aston Villa talisman Jack Grealish – and could offer
goalkeeper Sergio Romero as a makeweight in the deal.

The Argentinian replaced David de Gea in the Red Devils line-up for the last few matches of the
season – but Dean Henderson's return from his loan at Sheffield United means he has been bumped down the pecking order.

According to Birmingham Live, United could offer £50million plus the keeper in exchange for
Grealish.

Costa move off

Manchester United have decided not to pursue their interest in Juventus ' Douglas Costa.

The 29-year-old winger had been linked with a loan move, and has long been of interest to United – the Manchester Evening News say that he was first watched by the Red Devils when he was a teenager at Gremio a decade ago.

Right-wing remains a priority position for Solskjaer to fill, and he might now take a look at
Bournemouth's David Brooks following the Cherries relegation.

United look to hijack Gabriel deal

Manchester United have entered into talks with Gabriel Magalhaes – despite it previously being
thought that a deal had been done with Arsenal.

Napoli and Everton are also interested in the 22-year-old, but Sky Sports now report that the Red
Devils have spoken to the centre-half's representatives, although not the player himself.
The Brazilian is valued at around £27m.
