Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has urged Jadon Sancho to move to Old Trafford this summer.
The Dortmund superstar is expected to leave Germany at the end of the season and United are one of a host of Premier League clubs chasing the winger’s signature.
United were desperate to sign Sancho last summer but their failure to qualify for the Champions League ended their hopes.
However, Dortmund have conceded that Sancho wants to leave the club and they’re content to sell, provided they can raise their £120m valuation.
‘It would be good [if Jadon Sancho joined],’ Rashford told Bleacher Report.
‘Sancho is a great player. He’s like the new generation player. It’s definitely exciting to watch the player he’s becoming — hopefully we can all play together. That would be good.
‘He [Jadon Sancho] plays off the cuff. He’s imaginative. I think in this generation, they’re the things you need to be world class.’
Chelsea and Liverpool have both shown interest in Sancho but each club have cooled their interest.
The Reds see little value in sanctioning a club record deal given they have the likes of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane on the wings, while Chelsea believe they have other areas of the squad that require greater investment.
