Napoli’s record signing savagely told "go have a shower" by own boss at training

Napoli's record signing, Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, has been brutally told to take a 'take a shower' during a training session.

Osimhen – who joined Napoli for £60million from Lille in 2020 – was involved in an open training session for the Southern Italian side in Castel di Sangro. But tensions soon boiled over when Osimhen clashed with new addition Leo Ostigard.

The 23-year-old fumed at the challenge, and team-mates were unable to calm him down as Luciano Spalletti was forced to get involved. The boss brutally sent him away from training, saying: “You are talking too much, go and have a shower."

Osimhen has been linked with a move away from the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona this summer – with both Manchester United and Arsenal interested.

But speaking to Corriere dello Sport, he said: "I have great respect for my club.

"They are just rumours of the market. I’m fine here and I’ve never had such close relationships with everyone as at this moment…I am very happy to play with Napoli and we will see in the future."

After the training session had finished, Spalletti and his team reemerged to sign autographs and pose for pictures with the fans in attendance in the small town.

At some point, while meeting the fans, Spalletti ended up wearing a PornHub bucket hat.
