N'Golo Kante suffered an injury scare with the Chelsea midfielder substituted early on in the Premier League clash with Leicester.
Kante is a key part of Thomas Tuchel's set-up and the Blues boss may be left sweating with the Champions League final less than two weeks away.
Chelsea take on Manchester City in a battle to be crowned kings of Europe next Saturday though may have to do without Kante.
The Frenchman lasted a little over half an hour of the match at Stamford Bridge before being replaced by Mateo Kovacic.
Kante had briefly spoke with Tuchel before heading straight down the tunnel for treatment on the injury.
The Blues will hope the problem is nothing serious with Kante not appearing to limp as he left the field.
Kante shone in the Champions League semi-final tie with Real Madrid, with the Blues progressing across the two legs.
Tuchel had previously spoken of how he dreamed of managing Kante before taking over in west London in January.
"The guy is a top guy," Tuchel said. "He is the guy you need to win trophies and that’s why we’re are so happy he’s here and he’s at our club.
"I was dreaming about this player and fighting for this player, dreaming about this player in any club I was coaching so now he’s my player.
"He’s won every trophy except for Champions League, hopefully he will do everything that we get this trophy and for me he’s an example he’s an unbelievable input for any team in the world.
"We are so happy he plays for us – he is key and will be key tomorrow in the best way possible."
