Ole Gunnar Solskjaer can choose between three Man Utd attacking line-ups vs PSG

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is facing an attacking predicament ahead of his side’s clash with PSG this week.

The Red Devils open their Champions League Group H account in Paris on Tuesday with what should be a tough game against last season’s beaten finalists.

United have happy memories of the Parc des Princes, having pulled off a sensational comeback to progress through to the quarter-finals in 2019.

PSG are an improved unit now though, as shown by their escapades last season to reach the final, and Solskjaer will need to put a strong side out to pick up a result against the Ligue 1 giants.

The Norwegian has a number of options in attack and may look to mix things up to surprise PSG.

So here’s three different line-ups he could employ.

The surprise option

Solskjaer could go for the element of surprise and leave out Bruno Fernandes, with Paul Pogba playing in the playmaker role.

The Portuguese could probably do with a rest in fairness, and leaving Pogba on the bench for the win over Newcastle strongly suggests he's likely to feature against PSG.

Pace on the wings in the form of Mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford will keep the home side's defenders on their toes.

The left field option

This would be pretty out there, but Solskjaer could rest the likes of Rashford and Anthony Martial in order to change their style of play.

Juan Mata has impressed when given the chance to shine, while Donny van de Beek and Greenwood are due starts.

Edinson Cavani could also be handed his debut, and there's no doubting he'd be hungry for goals against his former side.

The gutsy option

Finally, Solskjaer may just throw caution to the wind and end up going with the strongest possible side against PSG.

Van de Beek and Pogba is an exciting combination in midfield, while the front four know how each other tick.

In fairness, PSG will probably have catered most for this kind of line up, but it is a strong look for United.
