Norwegian side Brann SK have announced they've fired one player, and another has quit following an incident on August 10.
An unnamed professional footballer was accused of sexual assault after a reported on-pitch orgy.
The player in question has reportedly denied the allegations.
According to various reports, 12 players went out for dinner before a nightclub visit and then onto the stadium, where they were accompanied by seven women.
Security cameras were said to have captured the players having sex on the field and in the changing room.
“The club has worked intensively to get to the bottom of the very serious breaches of trust from 12 of our players,” Brann said in a statement.
"The investigation showed a breach of guidelines, general norms, coronavirus restriction rules and reasonable expectations of our employees.
"We have therefore decided to dismiss one of our players and given 10 other players serious written warnings."
Brann's general manager, Vibeke Johannesen, said: "If anyone has had a bad experience at the stadium, we have to apologise virulently.
"What has happened is unacceptable. If a criminal act has taken place, we completely distance ourselves from it."
