Paul Pogba’s France team-mate may end up replacing him at Man Utd next summer

Manchester United may turn to Paul Pogba 's France team-mate Eduardo Camavinga in the summer.

Pogba looks set to depart the club following the comments of his agents, Mino Raiola, this week.

Spanish outlet AS say United are keen to sign Camavinga in the summer, with the 18-year-old determined to push through a Rennes exit in the coming months.

The teenager is also attracting interest from the likes of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, however.

Camavinga made his French debut in February and has featured alongside Pogba in recent months but is now unlikely to ever play alongside his fellow countryman at Old Trafford.

The latter may never feature for United ever again after the comments of his agent this week.

“I can say that it’s over for Paul Pogba at Manchester United,” Raiola told Tuttosport .

"Paul at Manchester United is unhappy, he is no longer able to express himself as he would like and as expected of him.

“He has to change teams.

“He has a contract that will expire in a year and a half, but I think the best solution for the parties is to sell [next summer]."

Camavinga has reportedly told Rennes he wants an 'amicable' separation from the club at the end of the season.

The midfielder is free to leave the Ligue 1 side with just 18 months left on his current deal.

It has been claimed that the French side are apparently happy to let him depart for £45m – despite a previous fee of £68m being touted.
