‘Petty’ Football Manager gamer releases ‘k***head’ player he went to school with
A Football Manager streamer has taken pettiness to new heights after savagely releasing a player who he went to school with.
The content creator, known as HoodGamingUK, has over 50,000 subscribers across platforms like YouTube and TikTok. He regularly streams about managing his local side Weston-super-Mare, who play their football in the National League South.
He went viral last month after ditching striker Marlon Jackson before the season had even started, simply because he thought he was a "k***head" when they were kids. He told viewers: "This is a really interesting one. I went to school with this guy. Marlon was in my year at school. I personally thought he was a bit of a k***head. Sorry, Marlon. Bye."

He then terminated the 33-year-old's contract, forcing him to shell out a whopping £12,000 in compensation. Fans on social media thought the brutal sacking was "jokes", with one person writing: "Love this level of pettiness."
"I'd have given him a second chance but I have to admire the revenge is a dish best served cold attitude," a second person added. A third said: "Absolutely savage. And I'm all for this."

Jackson has had something of a journeyman's career. He emerged from Bristol City's academy in 2009 but only made a handful of appearances before leaving on a series of loans at the likes of Hereford United, Aldershot, Northampton, Cheltenham and AFC Telford United. He then joined Hereford permanently in 2012, but lasted just a season there before moving on to Bury.
Spells at Halifax, Oxford, Tranmere and Newport following before he sealed the first of two moves to Weston in 2018. He then moved on to Gloucester and later Chippenham before moving back to Weston in 2021.
