‘Until then, Endrick will continue his training at the SE Palmeiras. The player will travel to Madrid in the coming days to visit our club’s facilities.’

Current rules surrounding transfers mean Endrick cannot join the Spanish champions until then but Madrid will now be delighted they have got a future agreement over the line.

It comes after Madrid reportedly met conditions to not pursue fellow superstar Erling Haaland in order to get hold of Endrick.

It’s said that one of the priorities for the Brazilian’s party is to a have a ‘clear path for the future’ – with Haaland seen as someone who could potentially get in his way if both strikers played at the Santiago Bernabeu in the future.

It was also understood the club would invite the parents of Endrick so that they could discover what it will be like for the teenager to move to one of the biggest clubs in world football. They also travelled to Brazil to see Endrick’s first games as a professional in person.
