Shakhtar Donetsk players and staff appear to have bid farewell to Mykhailo Mudryk ahead of his imminent shock move to Chelsea.
The 22-year-old Ukrainian star looked set for a transfer to Arsenal in recent weeks but it’s Chelsea who are set to land him in a whopping £88million deal following a hijack move .
Mudryk was present during Shaktar’s training session in Turkey on Saturday and the club appeared to give him a farewell.

The winger looked to be in a good mood as he was given a guard of honour by team-mates and staff members.
He was then presented with a trophy by manager Igor Jovicevic for winning the Shaktar Player of The Year award.
It only takes a glance at Chelsea’s Instagram page to notice a difference to their outlay from before, with their bio on the site deleted and replaced with Mudryk’s handle, @mmudryk10.
The Blues also asked fans to ‘show love’ to Mudryk on Instagram, posting an image of the player to their 37.2million followers.

Blues chiefs travelled to Poland on Saturday to conduct discussions with the Ukrainian club on regarding signing the 22-year-old.
Shakhtar, meanwhile, on their English Twitter page, posted: ‘FC Shakhtar president Rinat Akhmetov and Chelsea co-owner Behdad Eghbali discussed Mykhailo Mudryk’s transfer to Chelsea FC today.
‘Parties are very close to agree(ing) on player’s transfer to the club.’

They also changed removed their Instagram bio and replaced it with Mudryk’s handle on the social media platform
Chelsea however were in the mood for more teases, replying to the post with an ‘eyes’ emoji, suggesting they are more-than-confident a deal will be done.
Finally, the Blues, in unusual fashion, shared an intriguing post on their club website, which read: ‘Chelsea are discussing terms with Shakhtar Donetsk for the transfer of Mykhailo Mudryk.
‘Should a deal be agreed between the two clubs then the Ukrainian international, who can operate as a winger or a forward, will discuss personal terms with the Blues ahead of a permanent transfer.’
