Chelsea are set to confirm three more transfers after the arrival of Ben Chilwell on Wednesday.
Frank Lampard has been splashing the cash this summer with several new faces in the door.
Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner have already arrived and the Englishman has just greeted the third arrival of the summer.
Chilwell was confirmed as a new signing on Wednesday after a summer-long pursuit from Leicester.
Lampard had made the England international his top target at left-back after making the position a priority.
He has been unimpressed by the likes of Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri and was desperate to sign Chilwell.
It is believed the fee for the 23-year-old is around £50m after Leicester were talked down from £80m.
And that £30m saved is already being put to good use with the arrival of Kai Havertz pending.
The Bayer Leverkusen star has been made a favoured target as Lampard freshens up his attack.

The German club have been sturdy negotiators but there has been a breakthrough, while Havertz has been desperate to join the Blues.
Personal terms were never a problem but an agreement has been found with Leverkusen and the Germany international could be announced as early as this week.
But Chelsea are not done there and a much-closer signing looks more likely with Thiago Silva undergoing a medical today.
The Brazilian is back in Milan to take on the tests and an announcement is expected by the end of the day.
It signifies a massive coup after he left Paris St-Germain at the end of his contract as he prepares to join Chelsea on a free transfer.
But he is not the only defender that looks set to join the Blues with Malang Sarr on the way.
The 21-year-old left Nice at the end of his contract as well and Lampard is keen on the defensive reinforcements.
However, the Frenchman will be loaned out when he arrives and a move to Ligue 1 could very well be back on.
