Dusan Vlahovic has further rubbed salt in the wounds at Arsenal after his sensational goal for Juventus on Saturday.
The Serbia international made a mega-money move to the Old Lady from Fiorentina in January after snubbing interest from the Gunners.
Mikel Arteta made multiple pleas to the striker to sign for his team but the feeling was not mutual.
There were other suitors including Tottenham and Barcelona but Vlahovic only had sights for Juventus, who were busy packaging their own deal to land the Fiorentina hitman.
And towards the end of the January transfer window, the 22-year-old got his wish to sign for the Bianconeri.
Juve are in a difficult position after a shoddy start to the season with the Serie A title looking out of their reach this year.
But Vlahovic has started life in Turin in sizzling form and that continued with his sensational goal against Empoli.
After receiving the ball from Juan Cuadrado with a cute pass, the Serbian sat a defender and the goalkeeper down with a faked shot before tucking home with his left foot.
During his goal celebration, he jumped high into the air before being mobbed by his teammates and then pointing to the name on his back.
His goal was a piece of magic that took his league tally to 20 – making him the top scorer in the division.

Juventus fans will feel that next year they can reclaim their Scudetto crown with Vlahovic leading the line while also giving teams in Europe a scare.
But for Arsenal, it will represent another player that slipped through their grasp as their own striker hunt continues.
Despite not landing the youngster, the Gunners went through with their plans to release Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after falling out with Arteta.
The Gabon international joined Barcelona and has been in fine form for the Blaugrana as well, already scoring a hat-trick and netting against Napoli in the Europa League.
As for Arsenal, there are still plenty of striking options on their shortlist that will almost definitely be revisited in the summer.
Real Sociedad star Alexander Isak is the top target but the likes of Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Raul de Tomas are also being eyed.
