West Ham winger Grady Diangana is poised to undergo a medical at West Brom on Friday after agreeing terms with Slaven Bilic’s side.
The Hammers academy product enjoyed a top season on loan at The Hawthorns last term.
He helped secure the Baggies promotion from the Championship, and West Brom have moved to sign him permanently.
The impending transfer has come as a major shock to Hammers fans, though, as David Moyes looked set to integrate the young talent in his team.
Diangana provided three assists in a friendly against Ipswich last week and linked up well with striker Sebastian Haller.
However, West Ham’s co-chairman David Sullivan and David Gold have accepted a bid worth around £18m from West Brom.
Daily Star Sport understands Scott Parker’s Fulham are also interested, while Aston Villa are watching on as well.
But a late hijack from either side looks unlikely at this stage with Diangana set to rejoin West From.
West Ham have failed to offload bigger names this summer including Felipe Anderson and Manuel Lanzini, who would arguably have been further down the pecking order than Diangana for the start of the new season.
As a result, Moyes will have money raised for new recruits with the sale of Diangana.

He wants a centre-half and a left-back with strengthening the defence his priority.
However, Said Benrahma is seen as a ready-made replacement for Diangana, who is desperate for game time going forward.
While West Ham have options on the wing including Jarrod Bowen, Michail Antonio and Anderson, Benrahma could be brought in.
The Brentford star shone, just like Diangana, in the Championship last season, but the west Londoners failed in their promotion bid.
As a result, they are vulnerable to losing some of their top talents, including in-demand striker Ollie Watkins.
According to The Telegraph , West Ham are hopeful of reaching a compromise with Brentford over a fee for 25-year-old Algeria international Benrahma.
A fee of £20m could be agreed on to get the attacker to the London Stadium ahead of the start of the Premier League season.
West Ham are in action against Newcastle in east London next Saturday (3pm), and have one friendly to come this Saturday at home to relegated Bournemouth.
Benrahma is represented by agent Will Salthouse, who Sullivan has worked with regularly in the past.
