Then this video is for you.   Hi guys, this is Christine and you're  watching Malaysia Affordable Homes.   Today I'm going to show you around Suasana  Sentral Loft or better known as 'The Loft'.   The Loft's main selling point is its strategic . location in KL Sentral which is the hub for KTM,   LRT, KL Monorail, ERL and city air terminal  stations which makes traveling easier and   hassle-free. If you want to go to the airport , from here all you need to do is roll your luggage   across the street and hop on to the KLIA Express  and you'll reach the airport in 30 minutes,   or if you want to visit Genting for a fun day at , the theme park or the casino you can take the one   hour bus right there from KL Sentral. As you enter   into the unit you get this winding down vibe  because as you can see this unit comes with a   darker shade of wallpaper and flooring with pops , of colors here and there to accentuate each area.   The theme of this unit is one with nature . because as you can see we have butterflies,   dragonflies and lizards cohabitating in this unit   and I love it. And for those of you who know me . personally, you all know how much I love lizards. This unit also comes with a very creative and , artistic touch. Over here we have this feature   wall with a personal collection of record covers , and on the other wall are the actual records from   these covers. Amazing designing skills I must . say. And as we move into the living room, here we   are greeted by the dining area which can actually . accommodate up to a six seater table if you use a   more rectangular table without any obstructions. , So as we move into this living area we have   more feature pieces here that scream nature  such as this wooden fan and this wooden man.   And the flooring that's used in this unit is water , resistant and durable chamwood laminated flooring   which gives you a very warm and homey feeling. , Over here we have this four panel glass windows   that executes a lot of natural light into the , unit making it very bright and lively. And one   important feature that I'd like to highlight about , this unit is that this is the only level that   comes with a balcony. So this balcony space here  can actually be converted into your own home mini   garden for you to admire from the inside of your  living room and the sun direction that's facing   here is South-East which means that the light  intensity will be just right for your plants   depending on the variety of your plants and their . light tolerance, or if you're not a plant person   you can turn this area into a sunbathing spot  or a patio. And if you're concerned about the   noise pollution from outside, well let me , tell you with these soundproof sliding doors   you will not be disturbed by the hustling and , bustling of the city. The color is Vermilion which is  a combination of red and orange which gives you a   very striking feeling. This kitchen is also , equipped with excellent quality appliances.   We have an LG refrigerator, a Cata brand hood, , stove, microwave and oven from Spain as well   as an Ariston dishwasher from Italy. So this unit , is a corner unit with some extra yard space where   you can place your washing machine and dryer for , you to do your laundry. We also have an additional   room back here which you can use as a store room  or a maids room. And in addition to that, we   also have a bathroom here as well. Let's move back . into the unit. Over here we have a shared bathroom   and right next to it we have a bedroom that  is large enough to fit a king-sized bed and   a full-size wardrobe. Before we enter into the . master bedroom, we have this cozy little area here   which you can use as your workstation or a gaming  area. Now let's move into the master bedroom.   This master bedroom has its own en-suite master  bath, and what I love about this bathroom   is that it has a descending bathtub which really , sets the mood for you to get down in there and   bury yourself in a bubble bath after a long day at . work which is what I'm gonna do after this video   shoot :) So we've entered into the master bedroom , and this master bedroom is very spacious yet cozy.   It comes with a very wide glass window that allows  you to look out into this view. Looking down below   is actually the facilities floor facing the  swimming pool and having the illumination of   sunrise wake you up in the morning is like having  a cup of coffee.
