For example i will never be on elon musk. level the amount of money that you. currently make is a direct correlation of the skill set that you have and the amount of effort that you put into your, life so in this video i'm going to teach you how to actually unleash your true. potential welcome back to the channel everybody my name's artie and this is the moving, average a show where we discuss. everything day trading to keep you. profitable this video is only going to. be about 10 day trading and the rest is going to be your mindset and your skill, set i covered all of this information in. a live stream that i did on monday for a, private group but it was such good, information that i want to share with, you guys if you're not willing to sit through this entire video and you want. the most important piece of advice first, this is it stop chasing fast money that is when you make the mistakes if you are. not willing to put in the time and effort that it takes to become. successful, don't even waste your time if you want, to become better than somebody else you. need to emulate what they do and exceed, that and understand that they are, already 5 10 15 years ahead of you for example i will never be on elon musk level the guy has been training his. brain since he was six years old if you are a basketball player you will never, be better than kobe because kobe will, outwork and out train you and has more, time on the court than you will ever. have in your life if over time you're, willing to commit the hours and effort, that it's going to take take the person, that you see as your ideal mentor and do exactly what they do spend the exact, number of hours that they spend every single day honing in their skills and becoming the absolute best person they, can be in that specific field so now. that all of those short attention span, people have gone let's get into the real nitty-gritty of this in order to be. successful you must set goals. and a lot of people have the. misinterpretation of what a goal is a, goal is not the finish line the only. finish line that you have in life is actually death that is the only time. that the work is done and over with so. once you get that misconception out of. your head you are good to go now how i want you to break down your goals into actual manageable tasks that you can do. over time to reach that specific goal let me direct your attention to this chart the main goal is always going to, be something absurd and monstrous and scary to think about almost to the point. where it feels like it's impossible to accomplish those are the best goals because even if you get close to it you, are way ahead of where you were before. now once you have that goal in mind i, want you to think about specific steps that you need to take in order to accomplish that goal think of it as a. recipe in order to make the cake you. need to have these six specific ingredients these six ingredients are the steps once you have all of those. steps listed under each one of them i, want you to list a massive amount of tasks all of the tasks, that you need to do in order to complete that step there should be anywhere. between 20 and 100 micro tasks that you need to do in order to accomplish this, huge step so if we break down the cake, example one of the steps or ingredients, that you need to make that cake is having flour now imagine you don't have a grocery store you need to find wheat. seeds plant those seeds water those. seeds take care of the land spray for. pesticides wait a specified amount of time for that wheat to grow then harvest the wheat then process that wheat then. grind that wheat down into flour and you, now have one step done. in order to achieve your goal the cake, once you have determined your goal and all of the steps in order to accomplish, that goal and all of the tasks that you, need to do in order to complete those, steps i want you to get rid of the steps. and get rid of the goal just completely erase it off your board and take every single one of those micro tasks that you need to do and put them in an excel spreadsheet now comes the fun part which, is also the addictive part and i'm going, to tell you exactly why it's addictive if you have a to-do list with check, boxes next to them and you check one of. those boxes your body gets a dopamine, response dopamine is the addictive, chemical in your brain that when you, have it from whether you're eating sugar, doing drugs or any other pleasurable, item you will get the same dopamine fix when you check a box on a task that. you've been working on this over time, will tell your body that you are getting, dopamine from doing these tasks and you, absolutely get 100 addicted to it now i. want you to get it out of your head that this is my five-year goal this is my, one-year goal this is my 10-year goal never put a timeline on your goals, because you will always inherently do those tasks within that time frame that. you specified your mission from now on, should be complete all of those tasks as quickly as humanly possible and you will be shocked how quickly you can actually, reach your goals if you stop putting. constraints on your goals that diagram and that system implemented in your life. i promise you in five years if you look back to this video and actually, implemented those things in your life you will be on a whole nother dimension in your life what i'd like to do now is. explain to you why you should change, your goals i get a lot of people that
message me and tell me what their goals, are in life and they're always for. somebody else they want to buy their, grandma a house they want to buy their. dad a car they want to have enough money. to let their parents retire i admire. people that want to do this but i also want to enlighten them on why they want. to do this i had the same issues in my life when i was younger i wanted to buy my dad a maserati because of all of the, things that they have done for me in my life and helped me out my dad loved how. maseratis sounded so i figured if i, bought him one it would prove to him, that i am successful and he would be, proud of me so that was my seeking of his approval which made my goal less valuable to myself if your goals are to make other people happy you will inherently not be happy so what i want, you to do is change all of your goals that you have preconceived in your mind, and i want you to change those goals to, be absolutely 100 selfish if your goal is 100 financial independence or 100 financial freedom where you can walk. around the earth spending money. willy-nilly not caring about the price of groceries not caring about the price of gas not caring about the price of anything you can just go out and buy it, because you know you have enough money, even though you don't know how much is. actually in your bank account you just, know that it is enough the reason it is. so important to make that paradigm shift in your mind is because when you focus. on yourself and you make yourself happy, then and only then can you start to make. other people happy or other people proud. of you from your success now i want to, touch on the definition of success it is, the accomplishment of an aim or a purpose so whatever you're aiming to do or whatever your purpose is in life, if you are doing those things actively doing those things not reaching the, quote-unquote finish line you are, successful right now i'm making a ton of. money through seven to eight different, sources of income i have not bought my grandma house i have not retired my, parents and i have not bought my dad a. maserati even though all of those things, were my goals in order for my parents to. be proud of me regardless they have, never gotten those things from me and. yet now. all the time my parents tell me how. proud of me they are when you have selfish goals and you succeed in the, accomplishment of your aim or purpose. everyone around you sees that you carry yourself differently you have confidence, you walk through life like you own the, ground that you're standing on your chest is up your head is up you have, that pride in yourself people see that, and that is when the recognition and, success is seen by other people it may, have taken you 10 to 20 years to do that. but you stayed motivated because your. goals were selfish so say that your goal. is absolute 100 financial freedom the most important thing that you need to do is never over leverage yourself when i, lived in las vegas i had a friend who. was making 70 000 a year and was a high level executive at one of the casinos, because of his choice of lifestyle and the huge house that he wanted on the golf course and the very expensive car, that he leased as well as his clothing choices and how he wanted other people. to see him when he budgeted out all of, his income and expenses he was left with 20. extra per week so even though he's making a ton of money he's actually poor but he looks rich whatever your income, is i want you to live on 25 of it and, save the rest the only exemption to this is people that live on a poverty level. because there's no way that you can live. on 25 of poverty the people in that category i will show you in a minute how, to make more money wealth is a simple. formula to your income over your expenses if you are spending way less. money than you actually earn i can, promise you the relief of stress and the weight on your shoulders will completely, be gone and you will walk through life with less stress and more confidence so, for the people in the poverty category. after my divorce i literally had like. pennies in my bank account with a paycheck coming in the next week i. didn't eat for four days if you are not, making enough money at your current job you need to start looking for another job while you hold that job and taking. job interviews to get the higher paying. job for me and the fact that i despise working for other people the easiest way. for me to make money was driving uber or lyft getting in your car and sitting in, that thing for 15 hours a day driving. people around is enough for you to make. a good amount of income the better you get at that and knowing where people, need rides i mean i was able to make two thousand dollars a week doing ride share, and i actually made a youtube video, about it which got really really popular. it'll be linked in the description of. this video so that you guys can try to make some supplementary income i'll also, add some other ideas in the description. down below for ways for you to make, extra money one of the most important. mental shifts that you can make in your. life is instead of saving money you, learn how to earn more money if you get out of the mentality of oh i want this thing so i need to save 500 bucks a month in order to get this thing in three years the example i gave in my, live stream was a car that cost thirty. thousand dollars if you save five hundred dollars every single month it, will take you five years in order to be, able to afford that car whereas if you. change your mindset on how can i earn an,
extra thirty thousand dollars by side. hustling creating a youtube channel. driving lyft whatever you can spend one solid year focusing on how to do that. and implementing that and working on. that and i can promise you you can make. 30 grand in a year easily take for example this youtube channel i started it march of last year it's been one year in three months and i've made over two hundred thousand dollars on this youtube. channel stop saving right now and start. learning how to make more money now i. want to give you specific examples of. the skill sets that i've acquired over. my life and how they compound to help me, be the person that i am today as most of. you know my parents owned hotels, basically my entire childhood so i was in the customer service industry and, this was a skill that i was able to. attain over that time was being able to. talk to people being able to read people and give people what they actually wanted you gain a lot of insight in the. human mentality from being in customer service the next skill that i have was. one that i attained in college and it was by taking the toastmaster course this is an entire seminar that's super cheap and teaches you how to speak in public how to form complete sentences and thoughts that can be portrayed in a manner that's engaging to your audience. the next skill set that i got was actually being able to record and shoot, videos knowing camera settings watching all the tutorials on youtube and. eventually creating my own youtube. channel and making travel edits and vlogs through this process i had to learn everything i needed to know about. cameras then i needed to learn, everything i could about editing videos then once you have those two and you. work on them together you will, eventually learn how to format your. videos in order for them to be engaging. for your audience having a nice hook a great explanation and a banger. conclusion driving your message home all. those skills put together are useless if. nobody is watching your videos which is. why the next step in the process was me. learning seo which is search engine, optimization learning how to rank my. videos on youtube so they get in front, of the most eyeballs humanly possible. was crucial in order for people to see my content now the next thing that i. needed to learn was marketing and market research being able to market research. and figure out what is a hot topic what. is popular and what information people. actually want to see right now was one, of the most important skills that i could possibly learn through that process i learned how to market how to, captivate an audience and how to grow an, audience and how to bring value to that, audience now after i compounded all of those skills together i still had not. accomplished my goal but it did get my, foot in the door to some great jobs and. some great opportunities those specific opportunities and jobs is where i, learned everything about day trading and, cryptocurrencies that skill set was the. most time consuming and took me nearly, two years to figure out once i got good at day trading and started supplementing, my income with it to the point where it, surpassed my salary from my job i was. able to quit and focus full-time on that then once i built up enough capital to where i didn't have to trade so much i, was able to put all of my skills. together and open up the moving average, youtube channel so all of my skill set. acquisition happened over the course of my life since i was about 10 years old and i didn't hit the financial, independence that i was looking for until i was 34 years old so like i said, before if you are not willing to put in, the time then don't even try and the, final thing that i want to cover in this. video is think about what you actually want do you want that luxury house or, that huge apartment do you want the fancy sports car the lamborghinis the ferraris the bentleys do you want a. vacation three to four times a year do, you want to fly first class or on private jets if you actually think about all of those things that you want and, list them down and figure out how much it costs to fly first class how much it, costs to lease a lamborghini how much rent costs for that banger apartment or that luxury home if you think about all of those things as monthly costs and you, actually break it down you could have that baller lifestyle that you desire. for about 10 to 12 grand a month that's, 120 to about 140 000 annually i make way. more than that on youtube you do however, have a funny shift once you start. getting money all of those. silly i wanna lambo or the most, expensive loft in new york all of those, things kind of go away you no longer, have the desire to impress people because you're doing all of the work for yourself you're improving yourself and. you're improving your skill set and, you're gaining that financial. independence and you have less stress all of those things completely get rid, of the need for other people's approval, you become self-sufficient and you. become proud of yourself which is the most important thing if you guys know. somebody that needs to hear all the. information in this video please share, the video with them drop a like if you, got some value out of this video and i. want to thank the 14 of you that stayed to the end of this video and actually. retain the information and for the five people that are gonna watch this thing over and over and over again so yeah thanks so much for watching and we'll, see you in the next video,
