Parimatch Tech - Leading the way towards new forms of online entertainment

There is definitely a synergy between entertainment and sport. The entertainment industry itself contains sport events, cooperation and integration of the sport events into the people's lives. Any modern entertainment companies heavily relies on technologies, and that's basically what we are doing. The Parimatch was established in 1994 by my father and it was really old school retail business. It was the betting shops all over the Ukraine, and in 2011 me and my partners, the team of the young, enthusiastic people came and we started to develop an online platform. Together, huge expertise, huge amount of specialists. And we realized that the services and the platform itself is good not only for our internal clients, but is something very interesting for external clients as well. We want to transform to the B2B part of our business because previously we were only, like, a B2C operation company and now we are open to more deeply transformation into B2B and we provide our software with all our experience and everything to the markets. The first step of transformation was changing into the tech company, which we finalized back in 2021. And now this interview is going during our next step of transformation. We are a tech company already, so that's why we divided our business in two parts, like the B2C operations and in B2B under there, very much tech. Parimatch tech developed the technology and the marketing solution for the entertainment industry, which helped them develop their business. And also what we are doing, we're doing the products for our own brand, pretty much, which is B2C brand. We provide all the specter of different tools and solutions for our customers. The main product is a platform as a service, it’s all the different moving parts like serum system, real time transaction processing systems, AI based recommendation systems, analytical systems. On top of that, we do provide some high level toolkit for different development teams. For example, as the case for our platform, we just produce time to market for our customers. And then on top of that, we do provide professional services which are basically giving you the expertise that we have over operations. We know what kind of solutions our teams need to have a proper understanding of our customers. This combination of technology and experience will give you advantages in all markets as openings. For many years, we’ve have a lot of principles and we use them in our company. How to build a whole business, how to do it, the relationship with our family, how to build relationships inside our companies own beliefs and such. And one of them was adaptability of flexibility. And we use it a lot. But when innovation has started and Ukraine is faced with the war, this principle has started start to be made in general and leads all our processes inside the companies. And this adaptability will give us a chance to survive, and even more to explore new opportunities to go to the new markets, to go to the new partnership. And I will work with this and it will help us to grow and it will help us to to go to as a market. I think that each business activity, each business, each company, they bring some negative impact to the society. For example, for us at the more main important thing is the responsible gaming. Be sure our product is safe for everybody, but also by doing the social responsibility, we are trying to develop the local communities where we work. We are mostly doing that with our Parimatch foundation. By creating the foundation, we’re aiming to develop the future generation. So we work with the children and we involve them into the sports. Since the war in Ukraine started, the sport is not the the first thing children in the Ukraine are doing now. So we have a project with the British doctors called Ukraine Hospital Appeal. The mission of that was to help hospitals in some parts of Ukraine where it was mostly the children with some injuries came in. And we as a local partner helping to organize all that work and to help them to bring some special equipment, medicine to Ukraine. We try to concentrate on such companies that will support and are ready to support our changes and challenges in this wide changeable world. Our approach is being a lifetime partner, and this approach means that you need to find somebody who is really connected to you, to your values. It will be like a synergy for both businesses. It should give something new to the market and something that wouldn't be alive unless we joined together. We really want to provide business as a service and make business profitable for us and for the partner as well. Parimatch Tech is a well known company. It was recognized in a lot of exhibitions. Our experts are always welcome to different kinds of interviews. We have even our own tech academy. We are leader of the Year for Katerina Biloruska We were so happy and proud of it. Also, our platform was nominated as a platform of the year. We have a lot of HR awards because we take care of people a lot. But the main achievement, I would say that's the spirit that unites people all over the world, the spirit that we can share with each other. And that stands specific and differs us from other companies. That's why people want to work with us. People want to collaborate with us. It means, like the ideas that we share.
