I added the link in the description below, and in the video card also. make sure you make the masala before making. this pav bhaji. first, boil potatoes and carrot. the quantities of the ingredients will be given in the description below. so don't worry about that. now mash boiled potatoes and carrot,. you.

can mash with your hand or potato masher like this. if you mash them, it will be easy to mix with, the masala. once mixed properly, keep aside. in a big pan or Kadai, put in oil along with, butter. also, add Kashmiri red chilli powder. it will bring a bright red colour. keep the flame low and saute it. now add the onion. stir it. keep the flame high. add salt. cook it until moisture evaporates and onion. is slightly golden brown. then add ginger garlic paste. cook until raw smell goes away. it will take around 2 minutes. when the nice roasting aroma comes, add tomato.. also, cook medium to low flame until moisture evaporates and left only a nice red mixture. Then add capsicum. keep sauteeing for 1minute on high flame. add green peas, hand crushed Kasuri methi. and homemade pav bhaji masala. cook that masala for another 2 minutes. Then add mashed potato and carrot. now mix with masala using a potato masher. while starting the video, I told you that, the pav bhaji is going to be healthy Now as you can see i added carrot, green peas, capsicum. you can also add other vegetables like cabbage,. cauliflower, beetroot, etc. then it will be healthier. and if you mash like this, no one, can get a hint of vegetables. so it will really be helpful for a fussy eater. now m adding hot water. hot water makes the cooking faster and binds, the masala properly. add Kasuri methi.. also, add chopped coriander leaves and butter. pav bhaji without butter is not really exciting? Now I will show you that one thing which will bring streetwall flavour. here in the centre of the pan, I am putting,

a bowl with burning coal on that add butter immediately and cover the pan., so, guys, I have given the bhaji a smoky treatment which will make a huge difference in your pav bhaji. so bhaji is done and kept aside, now we will be making masala pav. first, cut the pav in the centre like this. keep aside. in a pan, add butter, chopped coriander, Kasuri methi, pav bhaji masala powder and a tsp of bhaji. add little oil. i mean I wanted to put a little bit but felt, more. don't worry. we can roast 4 pav out of it. now add in pav and rotate it in the pan so, that pav can roast from all the sides. then flip over and repeat the same thing. when the pav is well-roasted take out. now it's serving time. serve butter roasted pav with smoky and tasty, bhaji. another simple note, when the bhaji will cool. down it will be thicker. so you have to add in warm water to make the right consistency, I hope that u loved this street wali pav baji..
