Recently, I downloaded the ProVid app and uploaded all my receipts as instructed. So, after the process, yesterday my account has been approved. I have logged in and checked my ProVid account profile. I received 3000 points. Let me how you this Let me show you that. Lets login to ProVid profile Here its states that I have 3000 points. But my cash value is RM3150. This is because the default value of 1 point was RM1. But the current rate of the point at ProVid market is increased to RM1.05 Lets see how does the cash rate for ProVid points increase. Toll-free number can only be obtained by genuine companies. Some members have stated that call can't get connected to the toll-free number. That is because due to Covid-19, a lot of staff have stopped working from us. Therefore we were unable to use the toll free number. There's another office opened at Platinum Sentral. In another couple of weeks, there will be updates. There's many process. Eventually in a few weeks, the toll-free number will be able to use.
