I\u2019m so pleased for him because he told me that it was a difficult season for him last season and I\u2019m very pleased when the player is happy and when an offensive player can score and assists, for us it\u2019s the best feeling.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Sterling said: \u2018It&#8217;s a target I had to set myself [being Chelsea&#8217;s top scorer this season], it&#8217;s something I know I can do. If I&#8217;m 100% at something, I know what I can do and that&#8217;s what I&#8217;m doing this year, just 100% focus on scoring goals and helping my team. It\u2019s difficult to find a player like him in the market, difficult to see in other teas. For me he has the potential to be one of the great strikers in the Premier League. Only he needs time and not to rush with him.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Luton manager Rob Edwards said: \u2018We don\u2019t like losing but I can accept it with a performance like that. We just came up a bit short in key moments in both boxes.
