Jurgen Klopp has spoken previously about how highly he regards Bowen, in what may now be conceived as a transfer hint underlining Liverpool\u2019s long-term interest in the versatile forward. Speaking last year, he said: \u201cBowen, what a player he became!\u201d Unbelievable. We saw him as well at Hull and he was really good at that time. I\u2019m not sure a lot of people expected this jump, but unbelievable player.\u201d<\/p>\n
West Ham have strengthened since allowing Declan Rice to join Arsenal and therefore are not in desperate need of transfer funds, and it remains to be seen what sort of figure they quote Liverpool for their No 20 if an enquiry is lodged.<\/p>\n
