Tottenham are in danger of having their transfer for Jonathan David ‘hijacked’ in January by Italian side AC Milan. Ange Postecoglou has targeted the Canadian striker as a replacement to Harry Kane following his summer transfer to Bayern Munich.<\/p>\n
Lille striker David scored 24 times in Ligue 1 last season and already has four goals in all competitions this term. GiveMeSport\u00a0previously said that the Canadian international is keen on moving to the\u00a0Premier League.<\/p>\n
David could be sold in January to prevent him leaving for nothing when his current contract ends in June 2025. The French side bought David from Gent in 2020 for \u00a325.9million and are rumoured to be open to any \u2018reasonable\u2019 offers.<\/p>\n
It is believed that Lille want around the \u00a355m mark for their star striker and Spurs could become involved in a January bidding war. According to Football Italia interest has come from AC Milan who could hijack a potential Spurs bid.<\/p>\n

Spurs have also been linked with signing talented Mexican forward Santiago Gimenez from Feyenoord.<\/p>\n According to Dutch outlet\u00a0Voetbal4U, Feyenoord want to receive a club-record fee for Gimenez of between \u00a334.7m and \u00a343.3m. The 22-year-old has attracted attention from across Europe after scoring 32 goals in 52 appearances in all competitions since joining from Cruz Azul in July last year.<\/p>\n
