Manchester United staff reportedly have serious concerns over the team’s ability to finish in the top four this season.\u00a0<\/p>\n
United’s humbling 3-0 defeat to local rivals Manchester City at Old Trafford on Sunday made it five losses in their opening 10 Premier League games.<\/p>\n
Erik ten Hag’s struggling side now sit eighth in the table, already eight points adrift of fourth-placed Liverpool.\u00a0<\/p>\n
And a source has told ESPN that there are real fears inside the club they they will miss out on qualification for Europe’s premier competition.<\/p>\n
United have suffered this fate four times in the last 10 seasons and they will need to turn things around quickly if they are to avoid it once again.<\/p>\n
